Data Models Users are now able to map their interview topics to their own data model to take advantage of the full power of the analytics and benchmark engagements over time. What It Can Do For You A data model maps the topics in your interview to a broader framework so you can is continually assess and monitor progress overtime (including benchmarking). By default, the platform maps your interview topics to the the 9Lenses data model. What It Can Do For You The new 9Lenses navigation allows easy access to building your interviews, launching engagements and accessing your analytics. In addition, quick links below each heading allow you to access your most recent work so that you can pick up where you left off in your last session, saving you time. Finally, the white labeling options allows you to customize your look and feel.
