What It Can Do For You
The new 9Lenses navigation allows easy access to building your interviews, launching engagements and accessing your analytics. In addition, quick links below each heading allow you to access your most recent work so that you can pick up where you left off in your last session, saving you time. Finally, the white labeling options allows you to customize your look and feel.
How it Works
The homepage has three options for easy navigation:
- Build Interview:Create an interview or edit draft versions. Your recent draft interviews will display below so that you can quickly pick up where you left off building the interview from your last session.
- Launch Engagement:Launch an engagement so that you can deploy your interview to your client or organization. Below you’ll find a list of the most recent engagements you have created but not yet launched.
- Analyze Results:Go directly to the analytics from your completed engagements and have easy access to links of your most recent results.
In addition, the homepage includes white label options so that you can customize the look and feel of the platform for your employees or team members. Our new organization management feature allows you to create subfolders (including with unique permissions) for different practice areas, client teams, or geographies within your company. The white labeling allows you to customize the look and feel of each folder for those unique teams.
Coming soon, 9Lenses customers will have the option to white label individual interviews so that you can tailor the experience of your clients or organization.
