Each report provides new levels of insight into your practice, IP, and client engagements. Consultants can only find this level of enterprise analytics through the 9Lenses platform.
What It Can Do For You
Users have new insight into clients engagements to build additional analytic depth. In addition, consultants can identify how assessments and frameworks are performing across the entire organization. Finally, 9Lenses customers can build powerful marketing material to showcase assessment effectiveness and to sell additional functionality to those clients.
How It Works (Enterprise Analytics)
At the highest level is organization analytics which is located in the top menu under “organization” then “analytics.” This report provides a summary view of the total number of digital interviews created, total engagements run, and a summary of your top performing interviews. Users can view these reports across either your company or your practice area in an enterprise analytics view. Users can then quickly identify top performing interviews to take to market, view productivity metrics, and easily view the digital assets created to date. Another way to use this report is to create an organization for your client so that you can view all the assessments run at that client.
Users can copy the code from this image to embed on web pages to continuously update your performance metrics. For example, you can embed your dashboard into either a microsite you create for your client or your own intranet site.
Users can find interview analytics by clicking an interview title and then “analytics” in the menu. This report helps practice and thought leaders measure and improve their IP.
This is a powerful analytic view for those assessments or interviews launched across multiple engagements. You can quickly see the total interview ratings for that assessment, easily track who has edited the interview and when, and view average time and participation rate. 9Lenses customers can refine their questions and interviews over time with a data backed approach. Users can make tweaks to topics and readily use feedback about the interview to improve their questions with each engagement. This is also a powerful tool for marketing your assessment. Here you can view the number of data points collected, engagements, interview ratings and comments from your clients. Lead with data!
The last report is engagement analytics and can be found by navigating to analytics under “Tableau Reports” on the left hand menu in a report called “Engagement Dashboard.” Client facing team members use this report to extract a new level of insight for their engagements.
This automated chart includes segmentation data and details such as average time, participation rate, and interview rating for that engagement. Here you can also easily grab interview comments to show clients about your engagement.
